This Privacy Policy explains how Reprove I/S ("we," "us," or "our") collects, uses, and shares information when you use the Reprove mobile app and related services (the "Service").

1) Information We Collect

a) Account Information

  • Email address (used for sign-in)
  • User ID (created by our authentication provider)

b) Profile Information

  • Display name
  • Gender (optional)
  • Weight (optional)
  • Avatar image (optional)

c) Workout and Progress Data

  • Workout templates and completed workouts
  • Exercise sets (reps, weight, distance, duration)
  • Workout notes and timestamps
  • Personal records and leaderboard metrics

d) Gameplay and Leaderboard Data

  • Dungeon/crawler runs, scores, and progression
  • Leaderboard entries (display name, avatar, performance metrics)

e) Subscription Data

  • Subscription status and entitlement info (We do not store your payment card details. Payments are handled by Apple/Google and RevenueCat.)

f) Device/Usage Data

  • Basic technical data (e.g., device identifiers, app version, IP address) may be collected by our service providers to operate the Service.

g) Local Device Storage

We store app preferences and cached data on your device (e.g., AsyncStorage/MMKV) to improve performance and user experience.

2) How We Use Information

We use information to:

  • Provide and operate the Service
  • Personalize your experience
  • Maintain leaderboards and progression
  • Process subscriptions and entitlements
  • Provide customer support
  • Improve and secure the Service
  • Comply with legal obligations

3) How We Share Information

We may share information with:

  • Service providers: Supabase (auth, database, storage), RevenueCat (subscriptions)
  • App stores and payment processors (Apple/Google) for purchases
  • Other users via public or friends leaderboards (display name, avatar, and performance metrics) We do not sell personal information.

4) Your Choices

  • You can update profile information in the app.
  • You can choose whether to upload an avatar.
  • You can request access, correction, or deletion of your data by contacting us at dev@reprove.app.

5) Deletion Requests

You can request account and data deletion by emailing dev@reprove.app from the address associated with your account.

6) Legal Bases for Processing (GDPR)

We process personal data only when we have a lawful basis to do so, including:

  • Contract: to provide and operate the Service.
  • Consent: where you choose to provide optional data (e.g., avatar) or where required.
  • Legitimate interests: to improve, secure, and maintain the Service.
  • Legal obligations: to comply with applicable laws.

7) Your Rights (GDPR)

If you are in the EEA/UK/Switzerland, you have rights to:

  • Access, correct, or delete your personal data.
  • Object to or restrict processing.
  • Request data portability.

8) Data Retention

We retain your information as long as your account is active or as needed to provide the Service. You can request deletion at any time.

9) Security

We use reasonable safeguards to protect your information, but no method is 100% secure.

10) Children's Privacy

The Service is not intended for children under 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children.

11) International Transfers

Your information may be processed in countries where our service providers operate (including outside Denmark/EEA). We rely on appropriate safeguards, such as standard contractual clauses, where required.

We may update this policy from time to time. We will update the effective date and notify you in-app or on our website when appropriate.

These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") govern your use of the Reprove mobile application and related services (the "Service"), operated by Reprove I/S ("we," "us," or "our").

By creating an account or using the Service, you agree to these Terms.

1) Eligibility

You must be at least 13 years old to use the Service. By using the Service, you represent that you meet this requirement. If you are between 13 and 17, you may use the Service only with the consent of a parent or legal guardian.

2) Account and Security

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account and for all activity under your account. You agree to provide accurate information and keep it up to date.

3) Service Overview

Reprove provides workout logging, personal records, leaderboards, and game-like progression features. The Service may change over time.

4) User Content

You may submit content such as workout data, notes, and profile information ("User Content"). You retain ownership of your User Content. You grant us a non-exclusive, worldwide license to host, store, process, and display your User Content solely to operate and improve the Service.

5) Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

  • Use the Service for unlawful purposes.
  • Interfere with or disrupt the Service.
  • Attempt to gain unauthorized access to any system or data.
  • Submit content that is abusive, harassing, or infringing.
  • Reverse engineer, decompile, or attempt to extract source code except as permitted by law.

6) Subscriptions and Purchases

The Service may offer subscriptions or in-app purchases. Payments are processed by Apple or Google, as applicable. Subscription terms, pricing, and renewal details are shown in the app at purchase. You can manage or cancel subscriptions in your App Store/Play Store settings. Subscriptions renew automatically unless canceled at least 24 hours before the end of the current billing period, in accordance with your App Store/Play Store terms.

7) Health and Fitness Disclaimer

Reprove provides fitness and wellness features for informational purposes only. It is not medical advice. Consult a qualified professional before beginning any exercise program.

8) Third-Party Services

The Service uses third-party providers (e.g., Supabase and RevenueCat) to operate features such as authentication, storage, and subscriptions. Your use of the Service may be subject to their terms.

9) Termination

We may suspend or terminate your access if you violate these Terms or if we are required to do so by law. You may stop using the Service at any time.

10) Disclaimers

The Service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, express or implied. We do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation.

11) Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Reprove I/S is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service.

12) Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of Denmark, without regard to conflict of laws rules.
